Try Ebay or Craigslist. The likliness of finding a cheap, new one though is very slim.
Cannonball doesn’t sell their instruments online, so the only way to get a brand new one is to go to reputable music store that Cannonball sells from, and pay full price. They are even hard to find used on Ebay and Craigslist. Cannonballs are superior saxophones though, and what you have to pay for them is incredibly worth it. Hope this helped. (:
