The cheapest Yamaha saxophone costs around 950 USD. I can buy 4 six-core processors with that amount of money. The most expensive saxes I found cost more than 10.000 USD.
It’s because there is a lot of hand work involved in making a saxophone- all of those keys have to be put together by actual people with little screw drivers and tools. They cost money because they’re made to last for years- I’m playing on a sax from the 1920′s so they are meant to last.
In contrast your computer was probably mostly made by programmed robots on an assembly line. It’s supposed to last for about three years, then you toss it in the garbage.
